It's Mayerling. And. We're good. He's having some difficulty dealing with my death but he'll get over it. Just like I will.

I met his parents last month, actually.

I don't think so? As far as I know, this is a blood bond though.

I guess maybe you could call it a blood pact if it's between two people romantically.

I think we're definitely talking about the same thing. They're sometimes called bonding pacts. One of them connects a pair telepathically, another lets you share powers, and... Shit, I can't remember all of them.

Guess that means that Lexi will be seeing ghosts too, and that I can inflict mental torment if I chose to.

I'm pretty sure each one is for a different kind of pact. So, a family pact [ ...she's thinking of the familial pact ] will let feel one another's emotions and other ones do other things. I'm pretty sure it's the romantic one that lets you hear one another's thoughts.
